Exactly a week and a day ago I got back from TC. Now that I am a 2-time veteran of TC and have had time to sleep and process here are things I learned this time around at TC.
- TC goes way better when you’re not sick the whole time
- When you have had 10 months to prepare for it unlike 7 days you are WAY more prepared
- More prepared for the:
- Food
- Meet your squad/team
- Can absorb more knowledge because I wasn’t so overwhelmed with all of the new information
- More prepared for the:
This time around at TC I learned so much more about my squad and team. I also have more “This one time at Training Camp” stories.
This one time at TC:
I saw people get slapped with a fish
I stuck my head in a bowl full of flour
I had to say goodbye to a Squadmate, Squad Leader, and a Squad Mentor
I was chosen to be a team treasure
I learned how to church plant
And I also learned Jesus still unconditionally loves me.
I am beyond excited to launch with this squad in August!
